For bulk orders, freight charges may be calculated separately and confirmed prior to dispatch.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we reasonably suspect:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Bulk Orders and Freight

Orders for Bulk Drums (200L), Fleet IBCs (1000L), commercial quantities or special freight requirements may require additional freight arrangements.

Freight costs for these products may be quoted separately and confirmed prior to dispatch.

Three Kings Autocare reserves the right to decline delivery to locations where freight services are unavailable or impractical.

Payment Terms

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders paid by direct bank transfer will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received unless alternative trading terms have been agreed in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier availability and circumstances outside our control.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by freight providers, weather events, industrial action or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used, stored and handled in accordance with the product label, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and any applicable regulations.

Three Kings Autocare accepts no responsibility for damage, loss or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Kings Autocare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products, website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
