Refund policy
Overview
At Three Kings Autocare, we take pride in supplying high-quality automotive and industrial cleaning products. If you experience an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases, including where:
- You ordered the incorrect product or size.
- You no longer require the product.
- You have found the product elsewhere.
- You purchased more product than required.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Approval
Returns must not be sent back without prior approval from Three Kings Autocare.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable shipping requirements.
Products returned without authorisation may be refused.
Bulk Orders
Special order, bulk supply, commercial quantity, 200L Drum and 1000L Fleet IBC purchases may be subject to additional return conditions and are generally not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of:
- A faulty product.
- A damaged product.
- An error made by Three Kings Autocare.
Where a return is approved due to our error, reasonable return freight costs may be reimbursed.
