Overview
Three Kings Autocare ships Australia-wide and offers local delivery to selected regional Queensland locations.
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring products arrive safely and in good condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, promotions or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location.
For larger commercial orders, freight charges may be confirmed separately before dispatch.
Local Delivery
Three Kings Autocare offers local delivery to selected regional areas, including:
- Blackwater
- Emerald
- Rockhampton
- Yeppoon
Delivery charges and schedules may vary depending on location and order size.
Where local delivery is available, customers will be notified of the expected delivery timeframe after placing their order.
Bulk Freight Orders
Products supplied in:
- Bulk Drum (200L)
- Fleet IBC (1000L)
may require specialised freight arrangements.
Due to the size, weight and delivery requirements of these products, freight costs may be calculated separately and confirmed prior to dispatch.
Customers may be contacted by our team to discuss delivery access, unloading requirements and freight options.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions and regional service availability.
Authority to Leave
Where authority to leave is provided, deliveries may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
Once a parcel has been delivered in accordance with the customer's instructions, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our freight partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Three Kings Autocare is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Freight carrier disruptions
- Severe weather events
- Road closures
- Industrial action
- Public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Additional freight charges may apply where orders need to be redirected, re-delivered or returned due to incorrect delivery information.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the relevant freight provider.
